Why we do what we do:
Because we believe that empowered women and girls are less likely to stay in domestic violence or other toxic situations…Because we believe that empowered women and girls are less likely to become victims of human trafficking…Because we believe that empowered women and girls can and will change the world for good!
With the help of our members, supporters and donors, we empower women and girls to live their dreams through our “Dream Programs“: Live Your Dream, Education & Training Awards for Women, and Dream It, Be It, Career Support for High School Girls who face obstacles to success.
We are excited to announce that this year we will be giving 10 Live Your Dream Awards.
Our focus is on education because, educated women and girls are:
Less vulnerable to sex traffickers
More likely to leave a domestic violence situation and not return
More able to access health care
Less likely to live in poverty
More able to raise stronger, healthier families
